Dirty White Boys vs. Randy Savage & Mark Batten

- First fall was a nice little TV tag when Batten was eventually put away. PRetty decent action on its own right. The 2nd fall was underway and Savage continues to save Batten. Hart throws in a chair and Savage is blasted for the DQ. Man, the beatdown after the match was pretty sweet. I thin this should be a nomination as a solid TV match with nice post-match beatdown.

The Dirty White Boys (Tony Anthony & Len Denton) vs. Mark Batten & “Macho Man” Randy Savage (10/13/84)

Savage is subbing for the injured Johnny Wilhoit. DWB’s beat on Batten but he puts up a good fight and when he finally gets the hot tag, Savage goes nuts on the DWB’s but would tag Batten back in after 30 seconds. Denton & Savage brawl on the floor as Anthony comes off the top rope with a clothesline to get the win. There is still time left on the show so we get a 2nd fall and the beatdown of Batten continues with Macho coming in the ring to get his shots in so the DWB’s bring a steel chair in the ring and they nail Savage with a chair. Savage juices and gets his ass kicked by DWB’s and Jimmy Hart as jobbers try to make the save and fail. Eddie Marlin then shows up and demands they get off of Savage, which they finally do. This was fun stuff and I think it's a low end pick.
