Dynamite Kid/Davey Boy Smith (11/23/85) - This is a story of Dibiase wrestling the dogs evenly and Stan Hansen destroying them when he is in the ring. The Bulldogs get some desparation shots on Stan like a DK headbutt or Davey Boy boot but they give most of their offense to Dibiase. However, it is Dibiase who wins the match in short order witha powerslam on Davey. Jumbo Tsuruta/Tenyru v. Nick Bockwinkle/Curt Hennig (11/23/85) - This is JIP which is rare on most of these classics. They show about 13 minutes or so before Tenryu pins Hennig with a powerbomb. Giant Baba/Dory Funk Jr. v. Harley Race/Jesse Barr (11/27/85) - Look at Barr's face when he is in a test of strength with Dory. WTF? I love the Baba-Race interactions but I love Baba-Race so that is to be expected. However, besides Barr's crazy facial expressions, I wasn't really into the match as a whole. If they could have made this a good solid 15 minutes, it would have been so much better.
September 6, 201015 yr comment_5455363 Real World Tag League: Ted DiBiase & Stan "The Lariat" Hansen vs. The British Bulldogs (Dynamite Kid & Davey Boy Smith) (11/23/85) This was fun as DiBiase had some good stuff with the Dogs while Hansen came in and just beat their ass with Dynamite being great taking punishment. The Dogs get shots on Stan but they never really had a chance here. Real World Tag League: Genichiro Tenryu & Jumbo Tsuruta vs. Nick Bockwinkel & Curt Hennig (11/23/85) This was JIP and was a decent match but nothing special. Real World Tag League: Giant Baba & Dory Funk Jr. vs. Jesse Barr & "Mr. Puroresu" Harley Race (11/27/85) I think if we had Jimmy Jack Funk here instead of Jesse Barr then this match would've been better. Baba & Race had some fun exchanges as usual but this just didn't do it for me.
