Posted March 17, 200817 yr comment_5429530 Noriyo Tateno vs. Mitsuko Nishiwaki (4/27/89) - Damn, Noriyo is bringing the pain in this one. First, she puts Nishiwaki in this great surfboard stretch maneuver that looked great. Later on, she steps on Nishiwaki’s hand as she stomps on her forearm. Then she sticks her in this armbar crucifix. After being abused most of the match, Mitsuko fights back and drops Tateno with a powerbomb that allows her to take control. Towards the stretch run, Mitsuko goes to the top, is headed off by Tateno who attempts a superplex but is pushed off. As she recovers, Mitsuko attempts a missile dropkick but Tateno casually steps to the side, rolls her over and attempts a cool pin maneuver thingamabob for a nearfall. A few seconds later, they exchange roll-ups with Tateno coming out on top. This was fun as hell and I’ll nominate it just so you guys will check it out but I don’t expect it to get very far.
