I know shoe is going to start working on World Class by going through the romdam collection and I can send you that set. One more AWA question for the powers-that-be: Can any relevant bouts from 1990 be included in this? There are probably a couple that would be noteworthy, and the AWA was finished by the middle/end of the year as a promotion anyways. There will never be a 90's AWA set so I'm thinking that any good stuff from that might as well get lumped in here as well.

New Japan would be easier for you folks to do at this time. I have season sets for 1982-1988. I can get 1989 done without much trouble.

There were not too many NJ comms in the 80s, and I have them all anyway. I have converted some of them already, but can bang out the rest soon if it will help you folks out. NJ Classics should also be complete through 1989 within a couple months. Waiting on some stuff from Lynch to complete his run of episodes 1-347. My run from another source picks up with episode 368, covering footage from 11/29/89. only 20 mising shows, with nothing too exciting on them, based on the match lists I see on the internet.

 

AJ needs more work. I just finished converting 89 and 90 seasons. Need to make the 86 season. I have some of 1984, but not enough for a complete set.

1983 and earlier will take me forever, because it comes from one source who insist on trading for 70s footage only, sometimes early 80s. It is slow going, for sure.

 

AJ released 4-5 comms in the 80s, and had a few after that with matches from the 80s, so that won't offer much.

 

All the AJC shows are now available, so that is a plus.

 

I would have had a good bit of 1981 to offer as well, but I lost all the DVDs in my move to the new house! :-(

 

Hard to believe, but true. I may have to hit up that source, if he is still around, and try to get them again.

Joshi shouldn't be that hard. All the AJW Classics are available, all the AJW comms from the 80s are now available, and a huge amount of 80s is now available.

I think I've procured more '70s stuff (largely Memphis but also a Gulf Coast disc at least) since we last worked something out for it so you could trade w/ that source. Lemme know if you wanna do a trade for that stuff tied in w/ me sending you the Memphis conversions back.

Here is what I have from the following...

 

All Japan

The entire run of AJ Classics from Brent and the Commercial discs from you. I have 1985, 1987, and 1988 TV seasons. The only thing missing are handhelds (if any exist), random G+ episodes that may have matches featured that were not on the original classics run, and the other TV seasons you discussed above.

 

New Japan

We have the TV seasons you have released. I have the Brent NJ Classics but not the earlier numbers which would cover the 80s and some random Sky Classics but need to fill in the holes there as well. I also need the commercial discs.Based on your recommendations, I will start saving up and grabbing more NJ from you shortly. I am already sending Tom TV seasons to get a head start on reviews.

I need to buy some discs from you from 160-on but need to know which discs to order. I don't want to buy a ton of 70s and 90s TV or repeats so do you have either a matchlisting or at least a general idea of what is on each disc in those latter discs? I have all of the Classics from the 80s and the Commercial discs you sent me so the only thing missing are those last discs.
