August 24, 20169 yr comment_5765088 "Hands of Stone" Ronnie Garvin & "Mad Dog" Buzz Sawyer vs. Randy Barber & Mike Simani (6/1/85)Garvin & Sawyer is a tough fucking team and they tear these guys up.Magnum comes out next for a serious promo saying that he was sick and tired of Flair and was especially pissed off about Flair attacking him last week.Dusty Rhodes & Dick Slater are out next talking about wanting to get another shot at the Russians this time with two referees because one can't handle it. Then we get clips of their match at The Omni on 5/12 and this had a Dusty Finish.Magnum TA vs. Larry Clarke (6/1/85)Belly-To-Belly in seconds as usual.Flair then comes out and he cuts one of his classic promos here talking all kinds of shit on everything and everyone then showing his career highlights. Flair then brings out the suit he wants to give Magnum. Slam dunk extra."Nature Boy" Ric Flair vs. George South (6/1/85)Flair is hyped up kinda like the Houston match but he takes a different approach to this one as he takes South out with relative ease as Magnum comes out to the commentary position and checks out the suit that Flair brought him. After the match, Flair celebrates and is glad that Magnum likes the suit but Magnum rips it up as soon as he gets in the ring which pisses off Flair who tries to jump him but eats a belly-to-belly suplex and lays Flair's belt on top of him. Slam dunk extra.Dusty then comes out talking about what just happened and he predicts a title change.Black Bart vs. Jim Jeffers (6/1/85)Total squash and after the match Black Bart & Ronnie Garvin then get into a altercation at the desk and Bart challenges him to a Loser Leaves Town match for the National Heavyweight Title next week and Garvin accepts.NWA World TV Title: Tully Blanchard © vs. Paul Garner (6/1/85)Another good spotlight win for Tully.The Andersons come out next and they talk shit on Ronnie Garvin & Buzz Sawyer with Ole saying that Buzz couldn't make a pimple on a hog's butt.The Minnesota Wrecking Crew (Arn & Ole Anderson) vs. Mark Cooper & Alan Martin (6/1/85)Buzz comes out pissed off about what Ole said and he tells Alan Martin to leave taking his spot on the corner. Buzz then attacked the Andersons until it became 2-on-1 before Dick Slater ran out to make the save.Next we get the Best of Sunday show with all repeats.
