July 31, 200817 yr comment_5433429 George Barnes comes out for some great race baiting and this is great stuff. (7/18/87) Jeff Jarrett vs. Rooster Cogburn (7/18/87) Squash. Dundee & Rocky come out and Rocky says that he doesn’t want to defend the tag titles or wrestle again until he faces George Barnes. Eddie Marlin comes out saying that he would have to strip them of the titles if Rocky doesn’t wrestle Barnes. Great stuff. The Nasty Boys (Brian Knobbs & Jerry Sags) vs. David Johnson & Ron Nations (7/18/87) Squash. Marlin comes out and announces that he will book Barnes vs. Rocky. Big Bubba vs. Don Bass (7/18/87) This lasts seconds as the Moondogs attack Bubba with boards with Badd Company holding the door shut so Bubba can’t get help. Moondogs just pound Bubba with the boards causing him to juice before the faces finally break through. Dundee comes back out and discusses the whole history between him & Barnes then says that he wants to referee the match between Barnes & Rocky. 2 out of 3 falls: Badd Company (Paul Diamond & Pat Tanaka) vs. Mark Starr & Billy Travis (7/18/87) Good match but not a nomination. Between falls, Jeff Jarrett comes out and announces that Goliath is coming back to team with Bubba to face the Moondogs.
