August 3, 200817 yr comment_5433571 - When you look at it as a straight tag match, there is some good stuff here. Yes, it is a midget drop kicking Frazier in the big ol’ belly but that could be a spot in any tag match. Frazier manhandling Lawler made him look more credible than the WWF ever tried to do. Lawler trying to save his partner from the choke lift, after feeling their affects, is just good tag wrestling. The midget wrestling was good if unspectacular but they really picked up the pace in the 2nd fall and Little Tokyo could bump like a champ. I say this should move forward.
August 11, 200817 yr comment_5433911 I agree more with Phil here in that it was a very fun novelty match but mainly that's about it. It was funny watching Lawler & Frazier do the midget match schtick but this is more of something that should be on the extras and not a nomination.

August 12, 200817 yr comment_5433915 The problem is looking at it as a novelty match. When you watch it as a staight tag, it is pretty damn good. They use spots between Frazier-Lawler that carry over to Frazier-Lang, and because he is a midget, it looks pretty devastating. Some yokel in the crowd :Damn, if that choke throw hurt Lawler, it had to have killed that little man". "Yep ma, you right". Or when the midgets run a million miles an hour, it is a "novelty". When Koko does it, it is just showing his atheltic ability or something.
