New Japan Classics 158

The Cobra vs. Dynamite Kid (WWF Junior Title League) (1/27/84)

- Typical Junior match but nothing that really made it stand out from the other matches. There were some nice dives but no sequences or themes that I would remember tomorrow.

Abdullah the Butcher vs. Bad News Allen (1/27/84)

- This does not last long at all as Allen ends up outside and busts a bottle to stab Abby with. post match had Allen pulling out a chain and trying to bust Abby up some more. However, I guess they are prohibited of showing close-ups on Abby matches because there are no close-ups on the action.

Antonio Inoki & Tatsumi Fujinami vs. Hulk Hogan & Mike Sharpe (1/27/84)

-Sharpe looks real... pasty. Real simple, when HOgan is in, he controls. When Sharpe is in, the natives control. HOwever, this was all over the place. In the end, Fujinami and Sharpe end up battling outside while Hogan and Inoki battle in the ring. Too bad because Fujinami and Sharpe are the legal men.

Tatsumi Fujinami vs. Riki Choshu (WWF International Title) (2/3/84)

- This is more of an angle than a match as Choshu is attacked on his way to the ring and is a bloody mess. Fujinami exploits the situation and the two end up brawling.
