July 21, 200817 yr Author comment_5433172 Got the first batch today. Looks like Danny Wolf copied some of it from the masters as there's a set of Lawler & Gilbert promos w/ a slate & countdown. Mainly upgrades of stuff we already have (Marlin-Tommy Gilbert, Gilbert-Lawler, Fuller-Lawler, Dundee-Gilbert) plus Brickhouse Brown vs Maxx Payne (I think, I only looked for a second) and Lawler vs Kerry (the latter of which goes about 20 minutes). Some studio stuff we already have is mixed in, as well as weird old movie clips in Kurt's usual inimitably charming way. I'll consolidate the Memphis arena stuff to one disc once I get the second batch and know what it all is.

January 25, 201015 yr comment_5447337 Lawler-Garvin Randomly wondering if these ever turned up, or if Decker still sells/trades with anyone that could get them. I noticed that Lawler had a ton of different opponents in Memphis during his AWA title reign...Landell, Mantel, Rich, JIM Garvin, Botswana Beast(!), Iceman Parsons, Fujinami, Idol, Dundee, etc., often with rematches. Did any of these Lawler title match clips ever air on Memphis TV? I'd think they would have, at least in the ones where they built towards a rematch.

Good to know. A much better "Lawler as AWA Champ" needs to be made eventually, much better than the one I did. More little things like that showing up here and there always make the thought creep back into my head.
