This is Choshu’s Army v. UWF and is a pretty damn fun six man. You don’t get as much Fujiwara v. Choshu stuff as I want after the follow up to their epic singles, but you do have a bunch of fun taunting with Fujiwara putting on the scorpion, slapping and shit talking too. Whole thing moves at a nice clip. Nomination.

 

NJ v. UWF 2 Vol 2

Now this is how you do a six man -- no let-up for 15 minutes with showcase moments for all the key pairings. The UWF guys laid an awesome beating on Kobayashi, Takada had some fierce (and rare as it turned out) interactions with Choshu, Super Strong Machine and Kido were on their respective games. I guess it could've used more Fujiwara v. Choshu, but they teased it enough to satisfy me. Another easy yes vote.

No real deep story here. Just a nuclear crowd and good work throughout. They tease working Takada's leg. They make anod at working on Choshu's arm to weaken the eventual lariat. Fujiwara gives Choshu a fuck you by applying a Sharpshooter on Machine. Add the hot ending and of course this goes on.

This was the same match as the 12/28/87? match.
