Posted August 25, 200817 yr comment_5434191 The crowd went into a frenzy every time Maeda and Choshu squared off. This was an energetic match in which everyone other than Choshu played the in-peril role at some point. Maeda just teed off on Hamaguchi in the corner at one point. But later, when he had Hamaguchi in a Boston crab, Choshu annihalated him with a lariat. Eventually, Ishingundun killed Hoshino beyond repair. This was very fun and I'll push it forward. August 30, 200916 yr comment_5443557 Another match I have mixed feelings on. I was really looking forward to it and when it was done, I thought it was ok with a hot crowd but not a blowaway tag. Hoshino was right there for the kill but his best spots were the short spurts of offense he was involved in. Choshu and Hamaguchi were solid as ever and Maeda was solid but again, what is going to make this match stand out? Hoshino did have a nasty piledriver but it wasn't really sold as death. Hoshino getting killed at the end was what you expect out of this matchup but I wish it happened more throughout with Maeda making the save. Again, the match I got was not the match I wanted.
August 30, 200916 yr comment_5443572 I really enjoyed this, I think the larait on Maeda is what would stand out or just the cool double teams of Choshu's army. I admit this wasn't high end stuff, but good pace and fun spot, giving this a yes
