Posted August 28, 200817 yr comment_5434268 This was about what you'd expect from these guys -- stiff with lots of fire from Fujinami and lots of theatrical bumping from Adonis. It never built to anything profound as Fujinami was more focused on Choshu. But these guys were two of the best in the world at this point and they did enough of their thing to earn a low-level nomination.
June 29, 200916 yr comment_5441288 Tatsumi Fujinami vs Adrian Adonis, NJ TV 7/29/83 - This was fun but nomination worthy. I would put this on an Adonis comp, not a Best of NJ in the 80s set. No vote.
June 29, 200916 yr Author comment_5441304 Yeah. The '83 season was the first stuff I watched, so I didn't have as good a gauge yet on how much great shit we'd be dealing with. Some of these should be pretty easy cuts.
