Easily the toughest matchup for me to vote on thus far. But Dibiase being over enough as a heel for Vince to book him to walk out of WM with the title back in *those* days is pretty mindblowing.

Dibiase was one of the best heels who never resorted to cheap heat, but the Rock is one of the marquee wrestlers of the modern age. His charisma is second to none and he's easily one of the most marketable people ever to be associated with professional wrestling.

It's really not close when you compare the two. DiBiase was great but Rock is the Rock.
