Posted October 27, 200816 yr comment_5435399 The Dynamic Duo (“Gentleman” Chris Adams & “Handsome Halfbreed” Gino Hernandez) vs. Billy Jack Haynes & Kevin Von Erich (1/25/85) Haynes has quite the afro perm going here which Gino would make fun of. Haynes also is wearing white tights here which is odd for him. There was a fun spot early in the match where Billy made a blind tag to Kevin and as Gino ducked under a leapfrog he met a dropkick to the face followed up by Kevin’s diving body press for a nearfall. This match would go and in out of the ring with all four men looking good even Haynes plus it had great heat of course. The Duo were starting to team more here and their chemistry was so great that it was easy to see that they were a natural team. Gino made Billy look great by bumping and selling like crazy for him especially on a press slam. Billy would lock Gino in the full-nelson but Adams would give him a Superkick to the back of the head allowing Gino to get the pin. Lots of action here and everyone looked good so this moves forward.
November 15, 200816 yr comment_5435740 Kevin Von Erich + Billy Jack vs Chris Adams + Gino Hernandez This was fun. I thought the Duo were great at bumping and making their foes look good. All 4 men looked good in this. This had a good finish to it. I liked this, but in the grand scheme of things I vote no.
