Posted December 10, 200816 yr comment_5436344 DVD #26 12/17/82 Hogan/Fujinami/Sakaguchi vs. Adonis/Bravo/Superstar - Clip. Some nice bumps from Adrian, especially off Hogan's winning lariat. Andre the Giant vs. Killer Khan - Andre basically destroyed Khan. Hardly a match really. Inoki vs. Dick Murdoch - They traded some good-looking armwork before Inoki polished Murdoch off with his normal finishing stuff. A minor work in their catalogue. 12/24/82 - Matches also appear on Classics 136 Fujinami vs. Bravo - Clip. Bravo hardly did anything of note on this entire tour. Andre the Giant vs. Hogan - I think this might've been the match Phil wrote about under the 6/18/82 date. Really good brawl. Hogan bled heavily at the end (Andre wiped it all over his face in a nice heelish touch.) But he rallied to slam Andre post-bell. It should move forward though we should figure out if it's the same match Phil nominated. Inoki vs. Adrian Adonis - Good, short match with typically showy bumping from Adrian and a fairly energetic Inoki. No vote from me, however. I think this is exactly the type of thing we'll have to drop if we want to avoid a 300-match set.
