Fujinami vs. Gotoh - This continued the exhibition feel as Fujinami rolled around with the youngster for a few minutes but they never built into a full match. Fujinami vs. Koshinaka - Ditto. Inoki vs. Funaki - Sort of fun to watch the old man grapple with the prodigy but again, more of an exhibition. Inoki vs. Funaki/Yamada - This was weird. Yamada came in after Inoki pinned Funaki but then Funaki jumped back in and the youngsters teamed up to pin Inoki. Funaki and Yamada could have made a fun longterm team if their paths hadn't diverged. I'm also pretty sure that Yamada could have become a good shootstyle worker, though he would've had to shelve some of the stuff that made him great. Anyway, that has little to do with this forgettable handheld. Battle Royal - Impossible to follow with the handheld often focused on a bunch of indistinguishable legs.
