March 14, 200916 yr comment_5438029 Nah, the media wouldn't care even if Rourke was wrestling at Mania, as he wasn't employed by WWE at the time of his death and wasn't a major star for them in the past. Perhaps the saddest aspect of this death is that Test was one of the few people to have the guts to speak out against WWE after Eddie Guerrero's death, but then proceeded to ignore all the lessons of his death and ended up with a similar fate.

Kidnappings become more reported when there's a big one featured. The news reports every school shooting when there's been a big one recently. Otherwise, it often goes un or underreported.
