Terry Gordy vs Killer Khan - 11/22/1984 This is the famous Tx Death match. This is a great fight. This was a bloodbath with hard shots, and high impact moves. I just adore Khan's 2nd rope knee drop as a finisher. It looks killer. The same goes for Gordy's piledriver. That suplex spot was executed well. The Oriental Spike was done spot on perfect. Khan was great in his selling of it. A great post match brawl that ends with a Von Erich/Freebird handshake. This was fuckin epic. WCCW had some great payoffs of angles. This bout, the hair match with the Duo, KVE/Flair X-Mas cage bout, and the KVE/Hayes LLT bout to just name a few. This is a slam dunk nomination. Kevin Von Erich vs Chris Adams - 11/22/1984 This has been talked about it. Kerry/Kevin vs Gino/Adams - 12/14/1984 This has been discussed. Fantastics vs Midnight Express - 12/25/1984 Ditto Ric Flair vs Kerry Von Erich - 12/25/1984 (NWA Title Talked about. Kevin Von Erich vs Chris Adams - 12/25/1984 Another one talked about. Von Erichs vs Gino/Adams/Jake - 12/31/1984 This is a fun brawl. Mike took a big ass beating from Adams. His sell of the superkick was great. Jake's leap frog DDT was awesome. Kevin's sell job from the apron of said DDT was great as well. The finish was kinda weak as Roberts got caught with a sucker punch while taunting the bros. This was good stuff and a nomination.
August 6, 200916 yr comment_5442554 Texas Death Match – SR: Kerry Von Erich: Terry “Bamm Bamm” Gordy vs. Killer Khan (11/22/84) This was fucking awesome as it was the end of this blood feud and they bled buckets here to justify that saying and Kerry was the perfect choice for a special referee considering his history with the Freebirds & Devastation Inc. This was what a Texas Death match should be like as you had pure hatred between the combatants as they beat the hell out of each other. The kneedrop/piledriver finishers to end the falls were great and Khan’s selling here just made everything seem harder hitting. Gordy did pick the perfect time for the Oriental Spike and Khan was tremendous here selling the pain. Akbar then tries to come in as he counts Khan out but Kerry attacks him leading to Link coming out for a brawl with Gordy & Kerry working together that was historic. Grand slam nomination if there was one. World Class Six-Man Tag Titles: “Gentleman” Chris Adams, “Gorgeous” Gino Hernandez, & Jake “The Snake” Roberts © vs. Kerry, Kevin, & Mike Von Erich (12/31/84) This had some good fast paced action to start the match with everyone but Mike looking good and Jake was especially fun being Jake here. Of course Adams didn’t want any part of Kevin until the heels were on offense and whenever Kevin got the upperhand the fans were nuts. It was hard to keep the action one-on-one as everyone was trying to beat on the other whether they were legal or not. Mike comes in and eats a fucking awesome Superkick right in the teeth followed up by an awesome piledriver. Not too long after that Mike ate a serious DDT but as Jake posed in the corner, Kerry punched him in the mouth with Mike getting a schoolboy for the win. This was great stuff and I thought the finish was pretty cute. Definite nomination.

Everyone delivered. Kevin and Adams were the major standouts, with their exchanges being especially heated, and even Mike brought it here. This moves forward.
