Posted June 7, 200916 yr comment_5440318 #217 10/3/97 December 6, 1985 Bruiser Brody & Jimmy Snuka vs. Dick Murdoch & Masked Superstar - Never saw Murdoch do a leap frog as he was near perfect in execution in running spots that Steamboat would do with Snuka. Pretty impressive stuff. Once again, Murdoch proves to be a one-man show selling, bumping, and carrying the action for his team. Hell, he knows Brody isn’t going to sell so he does his part getting the crowd behind him when down or punishing Snuka when on offense. This has the same over the top rope count-out finish as the superior Fukinami/Kimura tag so I don’t think both need to be represented just to show Murdoch as one-man show. December 10, 1985 Jimmy Snuka vs. Kengo Kimura - A little slow early on but it picks up when they take it outside and Snuka gives Kimura a piledriver thingy on the floor. Some nice back and forth action with both guys hitting big moves but a double count out ends it before it could really pick up steam. Give this thing 5 more minutes of back and forth and I would nominate it. As it stands, I pass.
