When Murdoch and Adonis were on offense, they did some of the same spots but then they would throw something new into the mix (or leave it out of the other match since this one was earlier) like the spike piledriver. Also, where as the match I loved from the Phillipines was controlled primarily by North-South, this one was much more give and take with the teams capitalizing on mistakes. Hell, I can’t recall a sequence where Murdoch and Adonis had to ram into each other in order to seize control. Adonis wins with the flying elbow while Sakaguchi is pre-occupied with Murdoch and can’t save his partner. I am not going to nominate this one since it was shorter and it seemed like they rushed through some of the sequences instead of working the control segments. However, it isn’t the same match as the Manila one, not even close. March 20 (30), 1984, Tokyo - Korakuen Hall Kareem Muhammed & Elijah Akeem vs. Riki Choshu & Higo Hamaguchi - Ugh, not really in the mood for Zambuie Express April 19, 1984, Tokyo - Sumo Hall: Five Man Team Challenge Antonio Inoki vs. Riki Choshu --- Before I watch this, I want to make sure this isn’t part of a bigger match.
