Hulk Hogan & Masked Superstar vs. Adrian Adonis & Dick Murdoch

- Not really feeling this one at all. Both teams just seemed to be stuck out there, going back and forth with no rhyme or reason. Superstar and Hogan really aren’t a team to be selling a beating and their offense isn’t terribly inspiring either. There were some ok sequences but the Aondis flip into the ropes and get tied up spot looked forced as well. No vote.

Andre the Giant vs. Tatsumi Fujinami (IWGP League '84)

- There was some awesome stuff here, especially Fujinami’s against all odds offense. Absolutely loved the top rope sunset flip and Andre’s counter while tied in the ropes. Fujinami kept getting caught with that damn boot of Andre’s. Way too short to nominate but super fun.

Antonio Inoki vs. Riki Choshu (IWGP League '84)

- I really love the way Choshu starts off with the lariat and powerslam in order to try and lock on the Sharpshooter. After Inoki prevents the Sharpshooter, Choshu drops down and applies the figure-4. Nice. Choshu’s non-stop attack was great and the spot to look for is when Inoki is trying to apply an armbar so Choshu deadlifts him and falls back. Awesome visual. After that, Choshu is finally able to apply the Sharpshooter. The ending was pretty great too. I had it pegged as a countout but Inoki gets the backslide pin which could only be called a fluke after getting his ass kicked the whole match. Nomination.

4. Andre the Giant vs. Seiji Sakaguchi

- Samaguchi isn’t as exciting as Fujinami and Andre fought his traditional WWF match here. Whatever.
