Posted June 12, 200916 yr comment_5440633 Tatsumi Fujinami vs. Dick Murdoch - This started off with Murdoch and Fujinami wailing away at each other and had so much promise. The match kind of whithers away for the first few minutes but then they go outside and it gets real interesting real fast. After they get back in the ring, it moves at a much faster pace with both guys going at it. I didn’t even mind the countout ending as Murdoch tries a suplex on the floor but Fujinami escapes and rams him into the ringpost, rolls inside and wins the match. This moves forward. NJ Classics 133
June 13, 200916 yr comment_5440650 Another solid match between these two. The finish played off of their previous match, as Murdoch tried the brainbuster on the floor, but Fujinami blocked it, whipped him into the post and slid in to win by countout. I didn't like this as much as the last match as it had some periods of inactive limb work. Given the volume of nominated stuff from both these guys, I'll call it a just-miss. But I wouldn't object to someone else nominating it. If Phil really likes this, I won't fight it.
August 30, 200916 yr comment_5443545 I enjoyed all of the spit takes and arm selling by Murdoch, this was mostly a Murdoch show, which is a fun show. I also really liked the finish and how it tied into their previous match. Thumbs up from me.
