Too bad for him because Saito starts punishing him. Great sequence, especially for 1984 as Saito ducks a Hoshino cross-body that sends Hoshino flying over the top. Saito tries to fly on top of Hoshino but ends up on the pavement so Hoshino climbs the top turnbuckle and leaps to Saito on the floor. Good stuff. Saito misses a leap from the ropes which looked pretty sloppy. Sucks when that happens. You can see Saito getting frustrated in the end as he tries to put away Hoshino but can’t get the job done. I didn’t think Hoshino or Saito were far enough up the ladder to deserve the double countout. This was fun but it shouldn’t make it on the set. Seiji Sakaguchi & Kengo Kimura vs. Strong Machine #1 & Strong Machine #2 - Another Machines performance and I am slowly getting to where Childs was at where you get tired of watching the Machines. Andre the Giant & Adrian Adonis & Dick Murdoch vs. Antonio Inoki & Tatsumi Fujinami & Tiger Toguchi - This doesn’t hold up to the best 6 men tags that will be on the set.
