I was surprised that one of the matchups I enjoyed early on was Mutoh-Takada which was a weaker matchup in the first match. Great visual of Mutoh coming from the top rope with a knee to Maeda’s head. Because of the camera angle, you had no idea it was coming. It didn’t mean much since Maeda was back on offense soon but it caught me by surprise. Maeda and Takada take turns torturing Koshinaka including a slap sequence and follow-up back kick by Takada that was cool as fuck. Mutoh finally hits the ring and continues his sweet run with Takada including some missed strikes by both men and sweet moonsault by Mutoh. Mutoh and Koshinaka double-teaming Takada was pretty sweet with a sick spike and a top rope butt bump. Great ending with both teams unloading the kitchen sink only for Koshinaka to get caught in a leg submission and forced to submit. Easy nomination.
