Tatsumi Fujinami vs. Les Thornton (WWF Junior Title) - This match bummed me out, because they had me all set up for the big finishing run and then went to the double countout. Fujinami controlled with a headlock early, showing some neat rollthroughs. Thornton broke it up with some tight, vicious Euro uppercuts. He was another guy who stuck to pretty simple stuff but did it all with authority. Fujinami eventually turned the tide by breaking down his leg, and Thornton sold the damage quite well. And then, it was over. Bah!

Abdullah the Butcher & Bad News Allen vs. Antonio Inoki & Seiji Sakaguchi - This was OK. I always enjoy brawling Abby, and Sakaguchi always seemed willing to meet him in the gutter. No shock that it ended in a countout, but things needed to get more out of control for this to become interesting.

Antonio Inoki vs. Masked Superstar - This seemed to be cut in the middle, because we transitioned instantly from a nice run of power offense by Superstar to Inoki's finishing burst of moves. I don't think it would've been setworthy anyway, though they matched up pretty well.
