October 8, 1981, Tokyo - Sumo Hall

Tatsumi Fujinami vs. Isamu Teranishi - This got fierce in a hurry with them moving from tight matwork to stiff forearms, headbutts, etc. after about five minutes. Fujinami got the win when he continued through a roll-up and hoisted Teranishi for a German suplex. Slick move. I liked it a lot as every moment and move felt heated, but it only went about 10 minutes. So it's another one that has me on the fence. Again, I'll throw it on the block for now.

Tiger Mask vs. Mascara Hurricane (Mask vs. Mask) - I was enjoying this. The matwork was smooth and Sayama looked sharp with everything he did. But it turned into a squash, basically, which seemed weird for mascara contra mascara. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Hulk Hogan & Stan Hansen vs. Riki Choshu & Dino Bravo - Bravo looked better than usual, but this was a mismatch. Neither he nor Choshu were in the same universe as Hogan or Hansen in the pecking order,

Rusher Kimura vs. Antonio Inoki - This was all punches, kicks, butts and hate. It ended in DQ with a bloody, enraged INoki unwilling to break an armbar. Not enough here for a set match, but it was fun to watch.
