Posted June 30, 200916 yr comment_5441336 Kimura was great at shifting from sympathetic guy taking a beating to offensive whirlwind winging punches and kicks. He made this match better than the other Machine/Takano defenses that have left me cold. Kido and his porn moustache were good as well. He unleashed some exquisite roll-ups for nearfalls down the stretch. The crowd seemed hyped at the possibility of a title change. The ending came a bit suddenly, but I dug this enough to throw it on the block. Sky A 126
July 14, 200916 yr comment_5441937 Kimura did own in this, I loved his body punch, uppercut combos. Kido is a dude I always enjoy to. The champs didn't show me much here though, I am going to move this forward, but I want to see what Will thinks
August 16, 200916 yr comment_5442840 I am in complete agreement with you guys on Kimura. He was the one guy in the first ten minutes who looked like he came for a fight. The match kept building but it never hit that hot run that most of the high end tags hit or the overall story that a tag needs to make a set. I liked the match just fine but we can leave it off the set.
