Inoki working as a great underdog, I am not sure how many of these we need on the set, but this was pretty good and worth a nomination NJC 201
July 18, 200916 yr comment_5442074 Brody works kind of like Arik Cannon (guy whith no holes who should win every exchange no matter if its a technical one, brawling one, etc). But Inoki is awesome as Ricky Morton working from below whith nothing effective outside of dropkicks. The crowd is really heated and impressive Inoki performance. Not sure if as good as least Inoki v Andre's but still.
September 2, 200916 yr comment_5443742 I think you guys are being kind to the crowd. THere were short spurts of noise with long droughts of silence. I agree with Inoki selling his beating like a champ and Brody on non-stop offense is better than Brody just no-selling. But fuck man... this just isn't my thing. I think for regular Brody, there are some tags on the All Japan set which will show him in a much better light. I know I have to watch the other two nominated Brody matches but I am not looking forward to it.
