Watch this match and tell me that's not one of the most talented 19 year olds you've ever seen in professional wrestling. Man did leaving Britain fuck up the British Bulldogs. This was a slower paced match and clipped, but there was plenty of early Finlay athleticism and the first fall had some awesome matwork. Finlay dominated a little too much in the middle rounds, but wait until DBS starts throwing those Regal like forearms. Impressive.
March 18, 201114 yr comment_5467614 Fit Finlay vs. Young David 3/9/82 - This is probably one of the most widely circulated WOS matches and almost has to make the set. But it was fucking good too, with the nifty opening mat work and the hot Davey rally down the stretch. People will easily overlook the lag in the middle and vote this high in the final poll. The match definitely has an air of "what could have been" given all the tools Davey showed at age 19. WOS V2 17
