I never really understood that side stake since the guy making the bet ends up forking over so much cash, but I guess it's the easiest way to get a return match. The usual flair from Myers and Grey. Myers in particular. But as with their other 80s bouts, it doesn't hold a candle to their 70s work. If you're going to watch any of them, watch the one from '85.
March 11, 201114 yr comment_5466940 This carried the wager stip where Myers had to pay Grey 100 pounds for every round he survived. So Grey turned a profit for the night even though he lost the match. This wasn't their best outing, but it was still pretty slick stuff from two of the signature guys in the promotion. Grey's dropkick, usually used as a quick counter, was one of the best I've seen. I'll call this a low-end nomination. WOS V2 11
