Posted October 14, 200915 yr comment_5445120 Bit of a no brainer, but I thought I'd start a thread for it. This will no doubt be the front runner for No.1. There's not much I can say about this that hasn't been said before, and in fact, I've never reviewed it for my blog, but one thing that has always struck me as interesting about the match is that people never seem to realise that Chicana was the big star here and not MS-1. This was pretty much a star making performance from both guys. Unfortunately, you can't really document that due to the lack of footage. There's a trios from a week after this that's a revenge match of sorts, though it tends to focus more on Chicana vs. Satanico. It's too short to make the overall list, but might be a decent extra.

Such a cool structure with MS1 killing Chicana for a fall and a half, with Chicana finally able to duck a punch and hit an awesome top for the fall. Third fall was amazing with both guys covered in blood in a straight up war. Chicana's bump to the floor where he smashes the back of his neck on the ring apron was unreal. Obvious slam dunk nomination and as good as it gets in pro wrestling.

I finally got to see it in decent quality and....yeah, you guys aren't kidding. It will be hard - bordering on impossible - for something to top this as my #1.
