This didn't air on TWC. I got it off the Johnny Saint DVDs.

 

This was wrestled under special rules -- no rounds, one fall to determine the winner and a 20 minute time limit. In the event of a draw, it was up to the ref to determine the winner. Grey had beaten Saint in a tournament final under the same rules but with a 10 minute time limit, so Saint challenged him to a 20 minute rematch. Pretty much your typical Johnny Saint vs. Steve Grey bout. Grey tired towards the end and was a bit off with his last ditch stuff, but other than that it was excellent.
