Rudge was a shaven headed ass kicker at this point, and they worked the sort of catchweight contest that you don't see too often from Saint, where he brawls a little and receives a public warning. The match was shot from ringside and there were a lot of close-ups of both guys selling, which WoS never really gave you.
May 22, 20205 yr comment_5918090 I thought this was sort of a tier two match, it is a lot of fun to see both Saint and Rudge who are two of the greats, and they worked well together, it is a little different then your typical Saint match. I didn't think it moved to an EPIC level though, and feel this is closer to a cool set filler then a top 20 contender.
