Texas Heavyweight Title: Terry Taylor © vs. “Gentleman” Chris Adams (4/10/88) Adams comes to the ring wearing an umpire’s mask to cover up his facial injuries and would eventually get DQed for using the mask on Taylor after Taylor took it off to work over the injuries. On a certain level, it makes sense, because he's trying to balance his anger with the "Gentleman" gimmick (they're usually better when they happen in the heat of the moment, too). But it tends to sound wrong to me. Oh well, this was still a great beatdown by Adams, and belongs as an extra.
