Yoshiaki Yatsu vs. Samu (1/21/83)

Yatsu makes his debut here in a squash.

Next we get a promo by David Von Erich regarding the Freebirds and the 6-man titles. Good stuff.

Michael Hayes vs. Jose Lothario (1/21/83)

The fans cover the ring before the match for autographs of Super Sock and Hayes gets mega heel heat coming in the ring. Hayes is great here selling for everything Lothario does. Lothario wasn’t that bad here and was fine in his work but the match wasn’t anything special. The other Birds would come out to run Lothario off thus ending the match in a draw. Birds then demanded revenge after the match.

Mercer interviews King Kong Bundy in a studio next who talks about the formation of Devastation Inc. and that the boss would be coming soon. Another extra for the Bundy files. BTW, Bundy was 25 here shoe, they kayfabed him to be 5 years younger.

No DQ Match: King Kong Bundy & The Great Kabuki vs. Al Madril & Bugsy McGraw (1/21/83)

To be a No DQ match there was nothing here that would've warranted a DQ. This match was to get over the team of Bundy & Kabuki and it did as Bugsy did a clean job to Bundy after the Avalanche as Bugsy is soon to be on his way out of World Class.

Gordy then vows in a promo that he would take the American title from Kevin Von Erich on the next show.
