OK, we have a real dilemma here.

 

There are still a ton of matches not watched and bix said we needed 28 tapes from McAdam. I asked Kris to go through the list and he came up with 37 tapes. 37 4 hour tapes would be at least 75 discs, not including 6 hour tapes.

 

The problem is that you guys still have unwatched footage out there including the Texas All Star and whatever else I have sent you. The process has not moved as fast as Phil and I would like. Part of the problem was sending out footage late in the game (I take responsibility), part was undiscovered footage just coming out inclduing the McAdam stuff and the Legends shows, and the last problem is that footage is not being watched fast enough.

 

Since there are TONS of nominations, Phil proposed we move Southwest and All Star into the territories section to free up slots for World Class. Next I need you guys to list the DVDs that you have not watched yet in your stack. That way, I can see if the stuff on those has been watched by somebody else and what we need match listings for. With so much new stuff coming out at this late hour, we simply need the footage to be watched at a faster rate by everyone. If real life is in the way, I completely understand. Stuff happens. There is no shame in having a life. However, I don't kow how fast the new stuff we are picking up would be watched considering the current speed at which stuff is being watched.

 

So, in the next day or so, I need the list of unwatched stuff as a PRIORITY.

 

I am going to go through the Kris Z Texas list and the Bix Texas list to see what needs to be ordered and to make sure there is not a bunch of repeat footage being ordered.

All of this talk about clipping is making me wonder if the original source for a lot of it is that weird Joel guy who we did that bulk buy from. His Ft. Worth (well, much of his stuff) was similarly clipped up.
