The would-be rubber match of the feud, except it ends in a time limit draw. Still, this had almost as much action as the Texas Death Match, and a time limit draw is less of a bullshit finish that what that had. Still not as good overall, but a solid nomination nonetheless.

Bill Dundee vs. Gary Young USWA Texas 11/89-12/89 #2

- This one is worked at a slower pace than the previous one. Nothing real high end. The commercial break hurts this slightly as we went from Dundee in control to Young in control. Hmmm, why are they pixelating Dundee? I can’t tell if he is bleeding. It is a shame the TV is ruining this amtch before me because Dundee’s comeback was excellent. TV time runs out. The commercial and pixellation hurt this one as well as the non-ending. If you took the best parts of the two matches I have seen today that would be a helluva match. As of now, both fall short as nominations.

"Superstar" Bill Dundee vs. "Gorgeous" Gary Young (11/17/89)

Dundee again throws great punches here and Young was solid as usual being the foil. They are working towards a draw as Lowrance starts giving out the minutes left in the time limit. Dundee juices after a chair shot so they pixelate him which sucks but that was the edict at the time. Dundee did have a pretty fun comeback but the time ran out. I'm with Will on everything on this one so not a nomination.
