Posted April 9, 201015 yr comment_5449228 Black Bart vs. Perry Jackson Surprisingly good competitive squash. Mike and Lance Von Erich Interview They are not pleased with Brian Adias and Percy Pringle, respectively. Lance Von Erich & Scott Casey vs. Matt Borne & Buzz Sawyer Good but not great match with a strong effort from the heels. Steve Simpson vs. Mike Reed Dull. Bruiser Brody vs. Spike Johnson Slightly less dull. Dingo Warrior Interview So basically, when the WWF hired Hellwig, they told him "you're pretty great as is, but if you really want to make it to the top, you need to stop selling and be way less coherent on the mic". At least that's what I'm taking away from all the Dingo Warrior stuff. Mark & Chris Youngblood vs. Crusher Yurkov & Zulu Kalafi Really good match that falls just short of greatness. Probably helped that Bigelow wrestled almost the entire match for his team, but still doesn't quite make it. The Dingo Warrior & Scott Casey vs. Tim Brooks & Spike Johnson Pretty quick win for the babyfaces. Mike Von Erich vs. Brian Adias JIP. This is Adias' heel turn, and an extra. Tony Atlas vs. The Grappler Atlas' debut, and a fun one, at that. Lance Von Erich vs. Buzz Sawyer Lance is out for revenge after Buzz screwed up his back a while ago, and he takes out his frustrations on Buzz's arm. Buzz is great goofing around for Lance early on and takes a great long beating from him, as well as hitting a nasty missed corner charge into the ringpost. He turns the tide, chucking Lance to the outside and hitting a suplex on the floor, staarting his work on the injured back. Lance fights back, but gets clobbered with the chain while the ref isn't looking. However, the ref does see that the chain is still in the ring and that Lance is suddenly out cold, and putting two and two together, gives the match to Lance via DQ. This doesn't sit well with Buzz, who keeps going after Lance with the chain. Dingo Warrior attempts a save and is is initially foiled, but ultimately (no pun intended) is able to drive off the heels. Nomination. Bart Batten vs. Crusher Yurkov Squash. Kevin Von Erich vs. Matt Borne Good, but short.
