Kamala vs. Bill Rathke I could have sworn I've seen this match before, but I have no record of it. Not like it matters. Despite the honorable Armand Hussein's attempts to motivate Rathke with a spot in H&H Associates if he wins, Kamala utterly destroys him in short order. Kevin Von Erich vs. Terry Gordy This disc ends in the middle of the exact same match the last disc ended in the middle of.
