Forgot to bring up, this was on the Wednesday Bryan/Dave show, but someone asked a question about who the next female WWE HoF inductee would be. Dave basically said (although he segued it into Jim Ross talk) that there were not any stronger candidates than the rumored Victoria and Mickie James. Really? No Stacy Kiebler? Or Sable? Torrie Wilson, Medusa, Molly Holly or maybe someone else who was around before 2000?

I would think Victoria and Mickie James are the two biggest contenders. I can't imagine they would think of Medusa given what she did in WCW. I don't know if there are issues with Sable but before her second run to the WWE she was definitely problems between the two. As good as Molly Holly was, she was kind of a mid carder in the WWE. She is in the class of people like Melina in my opinion. Stacy and Torrie I can kind of see.

Why Victoria? She was pretty much in the Ivory role of "veteran jobber" her last 4 years there. That doesn't automatically disqualify her, I'd be Koko to think that, but the company didn't seem to think much of her after the Trish feud.

I'm just a bit surprised Dave didn't think of some other names like I mentioned earlier. Mickie seems too young, has been out of WWE for 4+ years (as an active performer, visiting NXT doesn't count) and was only there 4 or so years, along with some political issues and bad portrayals while on the roster. Victoria is alright, but there's a few other names to "burn off" before you get to her.

She had a lengthy run, at least. Solid candidate, but to say she is one of the two "best available female potential inductees" is a bit much for me.

Ivory is a good idea. She's older, instead of in their mid 30s like some of the other women inductees (and after Sunny, they are going to be careful). Hope they consider her.

I'd give the nod to Molly Holly. From Miss Madness in WCW where she was rubbing shoulders with the main events, through to WWF where I enjoyed the Spike / Molly stuff to no end. She had fine matches with all the 'big name' women's wrestlers like Lita and Trish, and having her head shaved at Wrestlemania 20, and all of the sillyness afterwards was a hoot. She was fantastic, respected, she has kept a strong and clean image since leaving the promotion, so to me its a no brained.

So Dave mentioned there were 3 big stories coming out, one was the WWE Network numbers, we now know the second was TNA getting dropped by Spike, what would #3 be? Sting officially signing? Gina going to UFC?

I expect it's UFC related listening to his breaking news show today, something about a big fight announced for September on the Jones/Cormier show. Gina Vs. Ronda is best bet.
