Posted May 31, 201015 yr comment_5451471 Again going with stuff I haven't seen. The Missing Link & "Ravishing" Rick Rude vs. Brian Adias & Johnny Mantell (11/15/85) The crowd loves chanting faggot at Pringle. Rude does the bulk of the work here as he shines on both faces with Link being the weak link of the team as he is the one that takes punishment when he is in the ring. Mantell's timing looks a little off here not looking nearly as good as he did 2 years earlier. Rude would finish him off with his DDT to win the match. Decent. Texas Heavyweight Title: Brian Adias © vs. Jack Victory (11/28/85) These two are programmed against each other again at a big Dallas show. Jack is way more vicious here and really takes it to Adias even going for a spinning toehold of his own but Adias would kick him off a couple of times. Victory kept fighting though and even broke out of an Adias attempt at a spinning toehold keeping Adias on the ropes until he would hit a powerslam. Adias then hit a reverse cross body block off the top rope to get the win and retain his title. This was way better than the Cotton Bowl match but not a nomination. Cowboy Scott Casey & Iceman King Parsons vs. The Great Kabuki & The Missing Link (12/13/85) Kabuki & Link is quite the team. Link is headbutt crazy here on Iceman using about 15 before Casey gets the tag which would bring Pringle to the ring who attacked Casey with the cane by DQ. Kabuki threw down Sunshine and Link attacked him and Pringle before going to the floor and grabbing Sunshine taking her to the back. The angle after the match was good and extra material. Iceman King Parsons vs. The Grappler (Len Denton) (12/13/85) Good little back and forth match that Iceman would win with an O'Connor Roll. Grappler wanted more so Ice obliged but would eat a shot to the ribs by the loaded boot.
