Kimala controls when he comes back in. Missing Link comes in and attacks Ice shortly after the match begins. Iceman Parsons Furniture Store Commercial Terry Gordy & Michael Hayes vs. Kevin & Mike Von Erich - Mike Von Erich holds on to a headlock for dear life on Hayes and it is more interesting to see Kevin & Gordy on the outside battling it out. Thankfully, they come in the ring shortly after and have a solid battle. Hayes works a headlock on Kevin and then switches it to a head scissors. When he finally breaks out, Gordy comes in to continue the attack. Kevin isn’t the best person to be FIP but I would rather see him in the ring than Mike. Keep him in there, Birds!Now, Kevin and Gordy are killing my good vibe with a really loooooooooonngg sleeper hold. Kevin powerlifts GOdy up though and rams him into the post to break it up. Kevin gets the tag and Mike comes in… and locks in the headlock . What a loser. Mike doesn’t even have good punches. It must suck being Terry Gordy, having to sell for Mike Von Erich. However, he did put Gordy in the head scissors and drag his face across the mat so he gets points for that. Kevin comes in and the difference in intensity is staggering. Then Mike comes in and thankfully doesn’t do much before Kevin comes back in. A brawl breaks out and Kevin catches Gordy with the body press for the win. Man, I am torn on this match. I feel sorry for you guys having to watch Mike Von Erich for two years. However, there was some good shit in this match. If it has been nominated, consider this a lukewarm yes. The end of Kabuki vs. Mark Lewin is shown where Kabuki attacks Scott Casey for getting too close to Sunshine. John Tatum vs. Rick McCord (Fort Worth) - No match shown, just the Tatum shtick which is just as well. Sunshine calls out Missy Hyatt. Tatum holds back Missy and this sets up a match between the two. Gino Hernandez Interview Scott Casey Interview Killer Tim Brooks vs. Scott Casey (Fort Worth) - Clipped. Fuck this tape. Gary Hart’s Family Interview Kerry Von Erich Interview Mark Lewin vs. Some Jobber - Yep, this was complete. Assholes. Gino Hernandez vs. Kerry Von Erich (Fort Worth) - Gino controls early with the armbar. Not much movement but Kerry will break the hold or turn it around to keep you from zoning out. Kerry reverses the armbar and goes immediately for the mask. Oh yeah, bonus points from me. Gino will fight out and once Kerry gets control he goes for the mask. This is especially effective when Gino is tied up in the ropes. Gino breaks free and Kerry tries to put him away and the match cuts out and I have to prevent myself from throwing the fucking computer across the room. You guys owe me big time for wading through this shit so you don’t have to. FUCKING MOTHERFUCKER BITCH ASS FUCKER. John Tatum vs. Scott Casey (Fort Worth) - Damn, Tatum is such an asshole. Casey is a guy who I like what I have seen but either a match is clipped or too short to really be able to evaluate him. After Casey contrls early, Tatum,goes to town and Missy is loving it. Of course, Casey comes right back and Tatum heads outside. Both guys throwing some nice punches and Tatum’s selling is top notch. Tatum and Casey battle back and forth mainly just punching each other in the face. Both get to hit a big move (Tatum’s piledriver and Casey’s bulldog) but neither are able to put the other away. While the match is going on, Missy and Sunshine have a catfight with Casey busted open. Man, this was pretty awesome. The catfight was a big enough deal that I can forgive the non-finish. Might not make the final cut but I want you to at least consider the match. Von Erichs Interview Dynamic Duo Interview David Manning Interview Jack Victory vs Mark Youngblood - Victory wins after he lifts his knees on a Youngblood splash. Sunshine Interview Rick Rude, Percy Pringle & Missing Link Interview Dynamic Duo Interview at a nighclub.
