This is similar to the Rock vote, as Benoit's slide in match quality after the injury is the big factor here. Oddly enough, I remember more great Steve Austin WWF matches than I do of Chris Benoit. Also, it's tough to ignore Austin's impact.

Austin's drawing power and promo ability blow Benoit out of the water. Benoit's a better worker, but Austin was effectively a cripple for most of his run on top.
