Jeff Jarrett vs. Scotty Riggs

Chris Jericho vs. Billy Kidman*

Pretty disappointing overall. DDP/Starr could've been awesome but it was like 1 minute. Riggs/JJ was decent but nothing special. Jericho/Kidman was a fun face/face match-up.

Hugh Morrus vs. Adrian Byrd

Johnny Swinger vs. Billy Kidman

Silver King vs. Super Calo*

Wrath vs. Damian

Morrus should be a guy that works really stiff, but he almost never does. I did think it was funny when he hit the No Laughing Matter, then pulled Byrd on top of him, kicked out at 2.9, then pinned Byrd. But this kinda stank.

Swinger/Kidman was 2 minutes long and wasnt much. Kidman on offense was really crummy at this point, and he didn't do any crazy bumps.

King/Calo was pretty sloppy in spots, but crazy in others. King takes a nutty bump over the top to the floor, then Calo hits a big tope and absolutely smashes his knees on the silly Main Event/Pro stage. Ouch. King also safely flies into a child in the front row, and the kid is loving it. Match is OK and has some cool spots, but no pacing and some sloppiness.

Wrath/Damian could have been cool, as Damian starts using his speed to stick and move, but after a minute Wrath just starts squashing him boringly. Wrath's chain mail spiked mask he wore to the ring was really cool. I don't remember that.

Akira Hokuto vs. Madusa*

They had a commercial for the upcoming Clash that a Benoit/Sullivan match on it, and the hype package made Benoit look like the biggest heel ever. It was fucking hilarious. He was sitting there with a glass of wine, swirling it around like a total cock, while Nancy was leaned in and stroked his chest, and he goes "How does it feel to be a total loser, Sullivan?" I could sell that shit to some cuckold fetish sites and make a mint!

Hokuto/Madusa was real fun, with both ladies working real stiff, and Sonny Ono was wearing this ridiculous leather coat that looked like something from Sharper Image. Madusa stomps Hokutos head, takes a nasty bump into steps on the outside, both women worked well together. Match ends with a double DQ, and could've gone longer.

La Parka vs. Super Calo**

Yeah! I watched a match between these two that took place 3 months later (but who knows how closely together they were taped?) that was fun but lacking. This was the same match, but everything hits perfectly and is non-stop fun. Calo does his crazy somersault senton to the floor, Park gets a dive, Park stiffs the shit out of him with chops, Calo flip bumps onto his head off a clothesline, this was super fun.

Gedo vs. Andy Lewis*

Chavo Guerrero Jr. vs. Prince Iaukea**

Mortis/Wrath vs. Steiner Bros.

Fun episode.

Gedo/Andy Lewis was only about 90 seconds, but was a blast, with Gedo stiffing him and being completely fat and round, the crowd got way behind the American Lewis, and Hudson/Tenay constantly pronouncing Gedo as "Gheddo". Hudson even started crooning "In the Ghetto" at one point. Amazing.

Chavo/Prince was actively good with both guys working at a breakneck pace and making simple spots like crossbodys look real impactful. Good stuff.

The main event tag was going nicely until Wrath seemed to get crossed up after a couple minutes and things kinda fell off the rails into miscommunication after that.
