Posted June 10, 201015 yr comment_5451810 "Luscious" Robert Fuller vs. Wild Bill Wilkins (1/27/86) ALL HELL IS BREAKING LOOSE!!!!!!!!!!! and Wilkins gets squashed which he should've been for his ridiculous haircut. Then we get the monthly slow motion feature. Next is promos by the Nightmares & The Rich's. NWA World Jr. Heavyweight Title: Denny Brown © vs. "White Lightning" Tim Horner (1/27/86) Horner looks really good here throwing good punches and showing some good fire since Brown works heel here. Brown was aggressive and got some offense in keeping Horner grounded but Horner would get a backslide for a nearfall. Brown hit Horner with a headbutt that stunned both men giving Horner a chance to recover and both guys would get some nearfalls before Brown would go to the floor. Horner then just broke out a standing tope suicida through the ropes taking out Brown and after some brawling both men would get counted out. This was a fun little match and I'm throwing it up as a low-end nomination. Then we get promos by The Bullet, Steve Armstrong, & Robert Fuller. $5,000 Elimination Match: Steve Armstrong, Les Freeman, & Roberto Soto vs. Boomer T. Lynch (Tom Lintz), Mr. Olympia, & Ken Timbs (1/27/86) These aren't teams but they work this like a Torneo Cibernetico. Timbs was the first one gone after missing a cross body block and Soto got the win. Then we would get Olympia & Boomer forced to go against each other and they exchange cradles before Steve would replace Olympia. Boomer would eliminate Freeman next then after a fun exchange Olympia pinned Soto after loading his mask with help from Lynch. Olympia would then use the loaded mask on Steve busting him open before tagging in Boomer who would also get hit with the loaded mask by accident and Steve would eliminate him. Bullet then came out and hit Olympia with Steve falling on him getting the win and the $5,000. This had a fun finish but the match really dragged. Next we would get promos by Street, Olympia, Bullet, & Norvell. Solie would then start the next show talking to Ron West about the mask match between Bullet & Olympia later on which is followed by a promo by Fuller & Olympia. Then we get clips of Brad Armstrong regaining the Continental Heavyweight Title from Fuller in Montgomery which also featured the return of Jimmy Golden where they injured Brad and the title would go back to Fuller. Good promo by Fuller. Mask vs. Mask: The Bullet vs. Mr. Olympia (2/3/86) Bullet took it to Olympia early but a shot to the balls turned the tide to Olympia's favor. Olympia would work over Bullet but would fall prey to a schoolboy out of a suplex attempt for a flash victory by the Bullet. Ron West would try to force Olympia to take his mask off but he got rid of him so the Bullet jumped him with Fuller running out so it was 2-on-1 but Bullet got ahold of the mask and ripped it off revealing Jerry Stubbs of course. Boomer would run out and they jumped the Bullet taking his mask off but Steve would slide Olympia's mask on Bullet and they celebrated. The match was extremely short but this was awesome stuff and a definite extra. This is followed by promos from Fuller, Stubbs, Bullet, & Steve. Roberto Soto vs. Ray Traylor (2/3/86) Yep it's the future Big Bossman doing the job. Then we get another promo by Bullet & Steve followed up by promos by Norvell, Soto, & Street. No DQ Match: Exotic Adrian Street vs. Lady Maxine (2/3/86) This is the same Lady Maxine that would be in UWF a couple of months later working here as a babyface. This is JIP and this is quite the spectacle as Street works this like he is against a normal man while Maxine is ridiculousy green. Street did something that they refused to show which I guess was kick her in the cunt then followed up with 2 big splashes to win. We have to throw this on as an extra. Next are promos by Horner & The Rich's. "White Lightning" Tim Horner, Johnny & "Wildfire" Tommy Rich vs. Alan Martin & The Nightmares (Danny Davis & Ken Wayne) (2/3/86) Wayne is wearing a bandana with wrestling earmuffs because he lost his hair a couple of weeks earlier. Nightmares bump all over the ring early on but they would get their groove back by pounding on Johnny Rich who was damn good here as the FIP as the crowd was hot for him trying to get the tag. Horner would get the hot tag and the 6-way brawl was on until they left Martin in the ring where he was pinned by Horner. This was fun and I'm throwing it up as a low-end nomination. Next is promos by the Rich's & Nightmares.
