OK, I've gotten myself into a jam.

 

So, I got Kris' discs today and watched all the relevant content. Hooray for me.

 

There are two nominated matches I have not seen yet:

 

Terry Gordy vs. Chris Adams, Ft. Worth 11/12/83

Texas Tornado: Terry Gordy & Shaun Simpson vs. John Tatum & Jack Victory, 6/3/88 (Legends of WCCW 3/13/90)

 

The latter is a touch embarrassing, as it was clearly an oversight on my part, something I should have asked for from Kris when I was hitting him up for discs. The former, for some reason I just had in my head as a McAdam match. I'm really sorry I goofed on this, guys. I know we're cutting it close. I don't suppose there's any way I can get the discs tomorrow, and there won't be any mail on Sunday, and I don't want the deadline to get pushed back anymore because of my own idiocy. Is it possible for either of you guys to rip the matches and put them online? Can you work around me on this? Are there other guys with access to the relevant footage who you can farm out my vote to?

 

Again, I'm really, really sorry about this.

FOr the Gordy-Adams match, if Kris approves, it would be three positive votes (with shoe as #3) that we can justify putting it on.

 

As for the tag match, I dont know how to send it as a file or put it online.

Will, what kind of software do you use to rip/burn discs? I might be able to guide you through it. I kinda hate to leave that one without a third vote since Kris seemed pretty gung-ho about it, and you seemed not very gung-ho about it at all.

Sendspace is pretty straightforward. Rip the match, go to sendspace.com, click the "Browse" button next to "Select file", select the file with the match, click the "Upload File" button at the bottom of the page, and when it's down uploading, it will give you a link that the file can be downloaded from. Send me the link, and that should do the trick.
